Sophie Howell (Assistant Director) is a New York-based director and actor working across theatre and film. Theatre directing credits include The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) and Skywatchers. She has served as Assistant Director on multiple productions at Swine Palace Regional Theatre under Director George Judy, including Rising Water and Taming of the Shrew. Off-Broadway: Cracked Open (Production Assistant). In film, Sophie has directed two award-winning short films and worked as Director’s Assistant to Michaël R. Roskam on Apple TV+’s "Black Bird". She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from LSU where she trained in the Meisner technique. @sophietellsstories
